Our Courses

At Project Mindful Movement, we offer transformative self-paced courses to support your journey toward balance, growth, and mindfulness. All courses are hosted on Podia, our user-friendly learning platform, where you’ll find video lessons, downloadable resources, and lifetime access to your materials, so you can learn at your own pace and revisit your favorite practices anytime.

With each course, you also gain an exclusive 3 months free access to our Yoga Studio Collective, an online community designed to enhance your journey. The collective offers a wealth of resources, including yoga classes, guided meditations, and specialized content created by our expert teachers and fellow students.
