For Families

Project Mindful Movement isn’t only for use in a classroom setting. Our lesson plans, videos and activities can also be incorporated from the comfort of your own home!

Regular mindfulness and mindful based movement practices at home can create a more cohesive family environment.

Your family can also participate in Project Mindful Movement! Lesson plan bundles are available to anyone and you can download and start using our lesson plans and videos from the comfort of your own home.

With downloadable videos, lesson plans, activity pages, and mindfulness scripts, you can easily pick and choose which piece of the lessons fit into your day. By taking just 10 minutes at least 3 times a week you will begin to see a shift in your child/children and gain time back as both you and your students get more familiar with the practices.
